OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ORBIXX.TOP IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

5.3 Indemnification
